Emotional intelligence is an emerging characteristic required of great leaders and dynamic thinkers. Often times we allow our own personal biases to affect our interactions with both patrons and staff. In an effort to mitigate our own emotions this Lightning Talk will teach participants the meaning of emotional intelligence and how to incorporate it into our daily work lives.
