Librarians from Westminster College will share their process for transforming and rebranding reference services. The presenters will offer an alternative and more flexible staffing schedule, introduce a dynamic Google Sheet that streamlines staffing workflow, and highlight marketing efforts to expand awareness of services. They will discuss the challenges of the new model as well as the successes—increased use of services, improved consistency in staffing, and greater freedom for librarians.
