Our state’s paraprofessionals play a vital role in supporting library services and, in turn, deserve high quality training for their own professional development. This panel talk will highlight several different training strategies and tools available for paraprofessionals in the state of Utah. Resources discussed will include a new online training for school library aides, the ULA Paraprofessional Certificate Program, and effective strategies for training student library aides.
