Knowledge management within any organization is important, and more so in academic libraries, which are adept at organizing information resources that students, faculty and community use to further their academic and lifelong learning goals. In this presentation, we will discuss our approach in developing an intranet that has become the information hub for employees. We will touch on tactical, technical, and human success factors that are important to consider while developing such systems.
