In the context of Libraries, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to improve both internal operations and user services. Yet, AI can run tangent to the core values and traditions that libraries have nurtured and sustained over the years.

In this presentation, we will discuss the brief history of AI, current AI projects in Libraries and possible impact on library services. We will touch on this year’s theme - “In Libraries we Trust” - and discuss role of Libraries in this age of AI.
