A Time to Help: Painlessly Assisting Patrons with Legal Questions at the Reference Desk

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Reference librarians, especially in public libraries, often encounter legal research questions. You don’t need to be a law librarian to direct your patrons toward useful research resources! Many free resources are available to help patrons research their legal questions. Reference librarians can develop strategies to direct patrons to appropriate resources and triage patrons to other locations for assistance to improve user experience in their libraries.
