This presentation will describe a collaboration between SLCPL librarians, the IRC, and an MLIS graduate student to create digital literacy programs using user experience and instructional design best practices. The primary objective of the digital literacy program was to serve the refugee population of Utah in their efforts to learn essential digital skills to serve them in the workforce, communicate with friends and family around the globe, and fully participate in the digital world.
