Public speaking isn’t easy, but for library workers it’s part of the job, whether you’re reporting to administrators or presenting at ULA. Happily, you don’t have to be a natural. Come learn how to structure your content and master the skills to deliver powerful, persuasive presentations. Liz Dixon helps companies large and small improve communication. Andy Spackman presents on writing and speaking for library associations. Both teach communication skills at BYU’s Marriott School of Business.
