Many projections and estimates used in funding allocations and general planning are based on the census. Therefore, it is critical to have a complete count of all Utahns. With this poster, librarians will learn that the Census is mandated in the US Constitution; why a complete count is so important for libraries; timeline; hot topics; population trends; how the State Data Center can help libraries; and what libraries can do to help get a complete count in their communities.
